THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT REQUIRES DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS.

Client Data means any information related to current, former, or prospective real estate clients, including information submitted through forms, account profiles, property inquiries, or other interactions with the Services.
You agree that:
• You will comply with all applicable laws when providing or accessing information through the Services
• All information you provide is accurate and will be updated as necessary
• You have the legal right to provide any information submitted through the Services
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process personal information.
You agree that you will not:
Post or transmit material that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
Send spam or other unsolicited communications.
Harvest or collect information about other users.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Services without permission.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Services.
Use automated tools such as robots, scrapers, or spiders to collect data from the Services without our written permission.
We may monitor use of the Services to ensure compliance with this Agreement and may remove or restrict access to any content that violates these terms.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or materials.
We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or policies of those third-party services. Your use of third-party websites is subject to their terms and policies.
Users may submit information, comments, or other content through the Services (“Submissions”).
We are not responsible for the content of Submissions. We may remove or modify Submissions at our discretion.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you grant us the right to use those ideas without compensation or obligation to you.
You retain ownership of your Submissions. However, by submitting content through the Services you grant Jason Mitchell Group a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services, provided that personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the legal rights necessary to submit the content.
The Services and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Jason Mitchell Group or its licensors.
You may not use any trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JASON MITCHELL GROUP AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50).
YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICES IS TO STOP USING THEM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jason Mitchell Group and its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated this Agreement.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately end.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will occur on an individual basis and class actions are not permitted.
You and we each waive the right to a jury trial.
If you believe that material available through the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice requesting removal of the material.

This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Jason Mitchell Group.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our consent, but we may assign this Agreement without restriction.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements.
We are not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
